If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and are generally dispatched on the next working day.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes up to 3 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, destination, public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

We have a 3-hour return claim policy. Return requests must be submitted within 3 hours of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

- In the same condition as received.
- Unworn and unused, with original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns due to size issues are not accepted. Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
